Rental Terms & Policies

Minimum Stay

All rooms require a 6-month minimum commitment. This allows you to truly settle in and enjoy the rhythm of life by the ocean — and helps us keep the property peaceful and community-focused.

Occupancy

Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 occupants. We're a small, intimate property and this ensures everyone gets the peace and privacy they came for.

Pets

We love animals, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at Rancho Sak-Ol. No pets of any kind are permitted in the rooms or on the property.

Pricing

All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) per month. Junior Suite: $20,000 · Balcony Room: $15,000 · Terrace Room: $14,000. Please contact us to discuss payment schedules.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the room be rented unfurnished? +

Yes — rooms can be rented without furniture at no discount on the rental price.

What services and amenities are included? +

Internet is included at no extra cost. Linens may be loaned upon request with an additional deposit. Electricity and common-area maintenance are covered by a monthly fee of $2,000 MXN (charged in addition to rent). Normal water consumption is also included, except in the case of an unreported leak in the unit.

How many people can stay per room? +

Each room is for two people maximum.

Are children and pets allowed? +

Children under 13 require prior approval from management — approval is not guaranteed, and if approved, they may only occupy ground-floor units. Pets are not permitted.

Is laundry service available? +

There is no on-site laundry. However, the office can provide information about nearby laundry services that offer home delivery.
