Reservations

In order to make a reservation for you we need this information:
  • Exact dates of arrival and departure
  • Your preference of the Suite, upstairs or downstairs room
  • Number of people per room
  • Number of beds per room
  • Number of rooms to reserve

To hold your reservation:

  • We do ask for a non-refundable room deposit within one week of your confirmed request.
  • When you request a reservation you will receive information to make your room deposit.
  • Nonrefundable payment of balance is due within 15 days (30 days during holiday season) of arrival.


RANCHO SAK OL RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your request for room availability or for a reservation will be confirmed in an email indicating your room preference and arrival/departure dates.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, all payable either via email or telephone. We must receive payment information for your deposit within 7 days of sending your confirmation instructions in order to hold your reservation.
  • For holiday reservations falling between Dec 21 - Dec 31, we ask for a non-refundable deposit within 3 days of your confirmed request.


  • Deposits to hold your reservation. Add 6% bank charge to all credit card transactions:
    • $25 per room for 6 nights or less.
    • $50 per room for 7 days.
    • $75 per room for 8-13 days.
    • $100 per room for 14 days.
  • Year end holiday reservations require a $50 deposit to confirm: December 21 – January 01.
  • Group reservations cannot be split up between multiple parties. One party has to take responsibility for making the room reservations, assignments, and required deposits.
  • Once your reservation is processed you will receive a confirmation voucher with your reservation details, check-in instructions, airport transportation information and driving directions.


  • WEATHER:
    • There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.  We will however reschedule reservations.
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email. Refunds will be processed according to each situation on a timely basis.
    • The following assessments will apply to cancellations:
      • No refunds are made if reservations are canceled within 15 days of arrival.  However, we will accommodate guests who want to change/reschedule their reservations during that time period (15 days prior to arrival).
      • During the holiday season no refunds will be made if cancelled within 30 days, but reservations may be rescheduled at the same nightly rate.
      • Canceling with 15-30 days notice – refund of payment excluding deposit.
      • 31-60 days notice – ½ deposit back (but if the deposit is $25 or less, $0 back)
      • Cancellation of reserved nights after arrival date is charged at $10 per night per room.
      • The refund will be processed in a timely manner depending upon method of payment.

    GROUP RESERVATIONS:

    • Rancho Sak Ol offers a perfect location and facilities for family celebrations or workshops with 14 rooms and up to 35 people.
