ROOM DESCRIPTION AND RATES

Jr. Suite: King bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, private, magnificent view, and luxurious bath.  Fold out futon sofa can accommodate 1 extra guest or 2 children at $10 per additional person. 2 night minimum. 

Upstairs:  Hanging queen bed, high ceilings with slanted roofs and cieling fans for excellent cross ventilation. Some rooms will accommodate an extra single bed. 

Downstairs:  Hanging double bed.  All downstairs rooms include air-conditioning. Some rooms offer an extra single bed.  One room has 2 hanging single beds.

PRICE INCLUDES:

• A generous self-serve buffet breakfast offered from 8 a.m to 10 a.m. with fresh fruits, sweet rolls from a local bakery, yogurt, cereals, orange juice you squeeze yourself, coffee or tea, and eggs to prepare as you wish 
• Use of large communal kitchen
  
• FREE use of snorkel equipment and bicycles, based on availability. (A deposit may be required.)
• FREE wireless internet access on the premises. You can bring your laptop and stay connected.
• FREE safe in every room. (A deposit may be required.)
  

Rates in U.S. dollars, based on DOUBLE occupancy (2 people).
Add $10 per extra person per night.
A single room for one person is $10 less.
Add 2% room tax.

PAYMENT: Nonrefundable payment of balance is due  within 15 days (30 days during holiday season) of arrival. Payment must be made in US Dollars (cash), Traveler's checks, Mexican pesos. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, with a 6% charge added to the items charged. (Best to pay with cash!). NO personal checks will be accepted. There is a $10 charge for a third person in a room. A single room is $10 less than the above rates.

Facilities are available for retreats and workshops. E-mail or call for details. Massage therapist(s) on premises and available by appointment for $50 per hour.
