Your may check availability via our website. Just click the link "Make a Reservation" and enter your reservation dates, number of guests, and number of rooms. Then click Submit, and you will be presented with the different types of rooms available for the dates you requested. You may also view sample photos for the various types of rooms available. Rooms and views do vary.
A credit or debit card is required to submit your request. During the submission process you will be quoted the amount required for the deposit and you will be asked to give your permission to charge this amount to the card you submit. Your room deposit will not automatically be charged to this card. After you click Submit you will receive an email containing detailed instructions regarding how to complete your deposit payment and reservation.
Deposit Information
We do not require a deposit from our former guests. If you have stayed with us previously, the card sent with your request will not be charged and you may pay the full balance when you arrive. Please just send us an email within 48 hours letting us know that you are a former guest as well when you last stayed with us.
For first-time guests, we do require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night of their stay. We have two options available for you to complete your reservation.
1. You may pay the deposit for the first night of your stay through PayPal. Just copy and paste the PayPal link from your confirmatiion email into your browser. You will be forwarded to PayPal's site where you will see CHAN, S.A. DE C.V at the top of the page. This is Rancho's corporate name in Mexico, and this is how the charge will be listed on any billing information you receive. If you do not have a PayPal account, just click the “Pay with credit card” button on the bottom right side of the page. You may also pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or your PayPal balance by using a PayPal account. Just log in on the right by clicking “Pay with my PayPal account.” If you do not already have an account, you may create one at www.PayPal.com
Note: All deposits made through PayPal will be charged in US Dollars. PayPal’s exchange rates will be applied to payments made in all other currencies.
2. You may reply to the email that will be sent you automatically after you submit your reservation request email and give us permission to charge the deposit to the credit card you sent with your request. The deposit is equal to the cost of the first night of your stay and the amount will be quoted in the confirmation email.
Note: Due to the fact that we must charge credit cards in Mexican Pesos which are then converted to your bank’s local currency, the charge to your credit card bill may differ slightly from the quoted dollar amount. This charge should not differ by more than a few dollars at most.
We ask that you send your PayPal deposit or credit card permission within 48 hours of receiving this email. If we have not received your PayPal deposit or credit card permission within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your pending reservation.

Once we have received either your permission to charge your card or the deposit via PayPal, we will send you a confirmation voucher with your updated balance. We will also send you detailed arrival instructions. Your reservation is not complete until you receive your confirmation voucher.
